Dr. Andrew Owyoung, is a graduate of the University of California, San Francisco, class of 1988: where he graduated near the top of his class. He is a current member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the Sacramento District Dental Society. He was born and raised here in Sacramento, and has a family of his own which he enjoys spending time. Dr. Owyoung has continued with his education and his passion for dentistry. He donates his services to Women's Empowerment, a non-profit organization that helps educate homeless women. His interests reach beyond dentistry and he finds time for fishing and many other outdoor activities.
